Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza – Fundraiser Night

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza – Fundraiser Night

On Wednesday, May 11th, as part of Willy Foundation’s continuous efforts to engage with our community and raise funds for our mission, we hosted our first of many Pizza Nights at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Miami Lakes, Florida. It was a great opportunity for relatives, friends, coworkers and acquaintances to get together, enjoy a meal and discuss all the areas in which WFI is working to make an impact.

WFI collected 20% of all the proceeds from that day’s sales, for a total of $1,236.00.
The proceeds collected were donated to Miami Vice Project and Spanish Lakes Elementary School. To read more about how these proceeds were used by these organizations, please visit our other blog posts.

The children that joined us that night were treated to their own Pizza Making activity as they shared laughs and learned how to make pizza.  Even those who were not able to share much time, stopped by the restaurant to show their support. WFI is so thankful for their continuous support, our organization would not be off to such a good start if it wasn’t for our community.
